All of the products from Nusantara Creation have been coated with natural oil and beeswax finishing which are safe for food. 3. Why does my purchased product's wood pattern do not look exactly the same as advertised? Please note that all of our products are made from natural wood, which means each piece will feature unique wood grain patterns. While some items may have similar grains, no two are exactly alike. We take great care to preserve and showcase the natural beauty of the wood in every product.

1. Where does nusantara creation ship to? Nusantara Creation currently ships to addresses within West and East Malaysia. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve more customers globally in the future. 2. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination. Available shipping options and their respective costs will be displayed during checkout, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your needs. 3. Does Nusantara Creation provide pick-up service? Yes, we offer a pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders. Simply select your preferred date and time during checkout, and we'll have your package ready for you. 4. Can I choose a cheaper option for shipping? If your address is within 8km of our store (covering Ampang and parts of Kuala Lumpur), the 'Local Delivery' option will appear at checkout. It's a cost-effective choice for larger or heavier orders, with direct delivery by our team.
